Attorneys
The attorneys, legal assistants and staff of Offutt Nord come
from a variety of educational and experience backgrounds which enables the
firm to provide a wide range of skills to solve complex legal problems. Attorneys
of the firm were trained at West Virginia University College of Law, University of Toledo College of Law, University of Louisville School
of Law, University of Kentucky College of Law, Widener University School of Law, Salmon P. Chase College of Law and
Duquesne University School of Law. Collectively they have handled thousands
of complex legal cases during their collective legal experience of over one
hundred sixty (160) years. Licensed to practice law in West Virginia,
Ohio and Kentucky, our lawyers, backed by highly skilled legal assistants and
experienced legal staff, handle complex litigation matters for clients throughout
