Offutt Nord, PLLC Lawyers Recognized as WV Super Lawyers - 2009

Three lawyers of Offutt Nord, PLLC have been recognized by their peers as West Virginia Super Lawyers. D. C. Offutt, Jr., Cheryl A. Eifert and Stephen S. Burchett were among the less than five percent of West Virginia lawyers selected for this honor. Offutt and Burchett were two of only ten lawyers recognized statewide for their success and achievement in the defense of physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. Eifert was one of only eight lawyers recognized statewide for her expertise in health care law. Over 4000 lawyers in West Virginia were asked to participate in the selection process. The evaluation process included a statewide survey of over 4000 lawyers practicing in West Virginia, independent research concerning peer recognition and professional achievement, and a discipline check of each candidate.
