Kameron T. Miller

Ms. Miller is from Huntington, West Virginia, and obtained her undergraduate degree in Business from Marshall University, graduating magna cum laude in 2004.  She received her Juris Doctorate degree from West Virginia University College of Law in 2008, where she was a member of the Moot Court Team 2007-2008, Vice President of Student Defense Trial Counsel 2007-2008 and the recipient of three (3) Trial Advocacy Awards.   Ms. Miller served as a Research Assistant for Professor Judith Scully at WVU College of Law from 2007 to 2008 and a Research Assistant for Dean Dana Brooks at the WVU School of Physical Education from 2006 to 2007.  Ms. Miller has been admitted by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and all West Virginia Circuit Courts and Magistrate Courts.  Ms. Miller will be practicing general litigation.  

Michael R. Dockery

Mr. Dockery served in the United States Navy as a cryptologist from 1992 through 1996. In 1996 he returned to school at the Oregon Instituted of Technology. In 2001 he earned an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Portland Community College in Portland, Oregon, graduating with highest honors. In 2002 he earned his B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the Oregon Institute of Technology, Klamath Falls, Oregon, where he graduated summa cum laude.  Mr. Dockery graduated from West Virginia University College of Law, Order Of The Coif, on Saturday, May 17, 2008. While in law school, Michael was an editor on the law review, won CALI awards in Appellate Advocacy, Health Care Torts and Conflict of Laws, and served as an intern clerk for the Honorable Robert B. King, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is originally from Coquille, Oregon.  Mr. Dockery has been admitted by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and all West Virginia Circuit Courts and Magistrate Courts.  He will be practicing general litigation and health care law.
