Steve Nord presented "The West Virginia Human Rights Act: Providing Equal Opportunity for Employment" in a seminar to a local law enforcement agency on June 5, 2008. The seminar focused on the requirements of the Human Rights Act, especially with respect to hiring and employee retention practices as they relate to equal employment opportunities
